Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of digital products sold under the JackedCycle brand at jackedcycle.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). JackedCycle is not itself a registered legal entity — it is the trading name under which the sole trader identified below operates. Your use of this service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

To use the Store and the purchased products, the customer must have a device with internet access, an active email address, a web browser supporting current HTML5 standards, and a program capable of viewing PDF files. JackedCycle is not responsible for an inability to open or read a file resulting from hardware or software incompatibility on the customer's side, provided the file complies with common standards.

JackedCycle provides personalized digital fitness plans. These plans are algorithmically generated based on the data provided by the user in our online questionnaire.

• The product is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
• No physical goods are shipped.
• Delivery is made via the email address provided at checkout.
• The customer is responsible for providing true and accurate input data (e.g. weight, height, age, goals). Providing inaccurate data will result in a plan generated from that inaccurate data, which does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund or complaint.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) by default, or in US Dollars ($) for customers arriving via specific marketing campaigns targeted at US customers. The currency and price shown to you at checkout is the final price payable — no additional charges are added afterward. Adam Branný is not currently registered as a VAT payer in the Czech Republic, so no VAT is added to the displayed price.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods offered by Stripe at checkout (typically debit/credit cards and other locally available methods). JackedCycle never sees, stores, or has access to your full card details — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Upon successful payment, performance begins immediately. Delivery is typically immediate via email, but may take up to 24 hours due to technical processing.

• The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring their spam/junk folders.
• If the product is not received within 24 hours, the customer must contact support for re-delivery.

In accordance with Section 1837(l) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer's right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium. By completing their purchase, the customer:

• Provides prior express consent for the performance of the contract to begin immediately.
• Acknowledges that they lose their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed — that is, once they click the download link or open the file. Simply receiving the delivery email does not constitute access.

7.1 General: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed.

7.2 Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our discretion for duplicate purchases or verified technical failures that prevent delivery of the product.

JackedCycle is obliged to deliver a digital product that conforms with these Terms. If the product is non-conforming — for example the file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or was never delivered — the customer may file a complaint by emailing support@jackedcycle.com with their order number, a description of the issue, and the date it was found. We will respond within 14 days of receipt.

Dissatisfaction with the content or suggestions of a plan that was technically generated correctly from the data the customer provided does not, by itself, constitute non-conformity with the contract.

While the plan is personalized based on user input (age, weight, goals), JackedCycle does not guarantee specific physiological results (e.g., specific weight loss or muscle gain). Results are highly dependent on individual consistency, adherence, nutrition, and biological variance.

Reference illustrations used on the site (for example, body-fat-percentage reference images shown in the questionnaire) are for illustrative purposes only, to help the customer estimate their own starting point. They do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes. Genuine before/after client photos shown elsewhere on the site (e.g. on the Transformations page) are real results from real clients, but individual results vary and are not guaranteed for any customer.

10.1 Non-Medical Advice: The content is for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. The personalization does not account for undiagnosed medical conditions or specific injuries.

10.2 Assumption of Risk: By using this product, the customer acknowledges that physical exercise involves an inherent risk of injury. The customer assumes full responsibility for these risks and confirms they have consulted a medical professional if they have any underlying health concerns.

10.3 Minors: If the customer is under 18 years of age, they must have obtained prior permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing. By completing the purchase on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full, and accepts full responsibility for the minor's use of the product and participation in any physical exercise programme.

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law:

• JackedCycle's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as required by Czech consumer law.

All content remains the property of JackedCycle. The purchase grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product solely for their own personal use. The customer may not:

• Share, publish, or make the product or any part of it available to third parties;
• Resell or redistribute the digital plan or the questionnaire logic; or
• Use the plan for commercial purposes (e.g. delivering it to other people as part of a paid service) without our prior written consent.

We may pursue claims for damages in the event of a copyright infringement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

Consumers also have the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution, including via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

JackedCycle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Orders placed before a change remain governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of purchase. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
